Crazy Creek Chair Warranty
Crazy Creek builds the best folding camping chairs. So they back most of their Chairs with a lifetime limited warranty with the following exceptions:
  • Crazy Legs Chairs – Five year warranty
  • Casual Line Chairs – one year warranty
  • Air Line – bladders 18 month warranty.
Crazy Creek warrants all chairs against defects in materials or workmanship for the usable life of the product. Warranty applies to products "in their intended use" only. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear [see hang tag]. If after inspection CCP determines the product to be defective, they will repair or replace [our option] at no charge. You will be notified of any estimated cost of repairs not covered under warranty.

  • Products must be cleaned before returning. Chairs will be returned freight collect if not cleaned.
  • Send UPS or Federal Express to the following address:

  • You do not need an RA Number. One will be assigned when we receive the product.
  • Include a letter of explanation. We like to track problems for future design modifications.
  • Include your return physical address and telephone number.
  • Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
