Infinite heat control keeps food simmering slowly or boiling at high temperature. Counter top range models with Cast Iron heating elements are available with Stainless Steel or Black Enamel Housing. Single and double burner electric countertop ranges with tubular elements and drip pans provide flexibility. Perfect for those cook-like-a-pro friends who love to entertain and sometimes need extra burners or cooking surfaces. Counter top range models BR-7B and 7W, and BR-5B and 5W are part of the BroilKing Standard line. Lighter Duty than Professional (both recommended for home use) Standard portable ranges have 5.5 inch heating elements and should be used with pots and pans close in size to element diameter for best results. Professional and Standard grade Broil King products are intended and warranted for Home Use. |
