FREIGHT DELIVERY SERVICES
Please be sure to provide a phone number so delivery arrangements can be made.

  • CURBSIDE BUSINESS LIFTGATE DELIVERY: Product is delivered to Business address location and unloaded. Customer is responsible for further transport.

  • CURBSIDE RESIDENTIAL LIFTGATE DELIVERY: Product is delivered to Residential address locations that do not have a loading dock. Customer is responsible for assisting driver in removing Massage Table from truck and is responsible for further transport. At least one strong person - in addition to the driver - is required to move Electric-lift style massage tables. Stationary Tables are lighter and can be lowered by one person.

  • LIFTGATE PLUS INSIDE DELIVERY: Product is delivered to Business or Residential address locations that do not have a loading dock, driver (sometimes with assistance from the customer) removes item from truck and transports inside a main entrance area. If elevator or stairs must be used to access entrance area, White Glove (2-man) delivery is required. White Glove Delivery Requires a price quote - see below.
