LAVA ICE™ MASSAGE STONES INFORMATION

LAVA ICE™ is a natural metamorphic stone selectively quarried from the Himalayan mountains. Renowned for its magical thermal properties, LAVA ICE™ can be heated or chilled and will maintain a constant temperature for extended periods of time, making it perfect for therapeutic use. Each stone is hand-carved and polished smooth by skilled craftsmen, with a body-contouring design on one side and a raised acupressure dome on the other side -- perfect for giving a deep tissue massage.

LAVA ICE™ is like two products in one -- it can be used like a hot water bottle OR an ice pack without the hassle and without the mess! Unlike ice cubes and ice packs, LAVE ICE™ never melts!

HOW TO USE LAVA ICE MASSAGE STONES

You can use LAVA ICE™ the way you would use an ice pack or heating pad, simly by placing it on areas of the body that are inflamed, in pain, or in need of cooling off. LAVA ICE™ is great for:

Headaches

Arthritis

Muscle and joint soreness

Swollen/puffy eyes

Cold hands or feet

Simply heat or chill the stone (according to the instructions below), and then hold the stone in your hand or in the cotton bag that comes in the box, and apply it to the area where you need relief.

The LAVA ICE™ Body Briquettes are perfect for use around the eyes and forehead. The Body Stone is great for hands, feet, and all over your body. The LAVA ICE™ Dome Stones are specifically designed to be used with the BodyTime Wellness™ Nukkles® massager. The Dome Stones fit snugly in each Nukkles® "dome", and are a great way to provide a warm or cool Nukkles® massage.

On a cold day, the "HOT" version of LAVA ICE™ is very effective for warming up cold hands or feet.

On a warm day, the "COLD" version of LAVA ICE™ will help you cool down. The face is an ideal place to use cool stones, and the neck and upper shoulders also benefit greatly from the anti-inflammatory effects of the cold.

AROMATHERAPY STONE MASSAGE

For a unique experience, try rubbing Nukkles® Massage Oil on your LAVA ICE™ stone prior to massaging your body. The oily stone will deliver an aromatherapy experience as it glides smoothly over bare skin. You may wash the stone with soap and water when you're finished. (Since LAVA ICE™ is non-porous, the oil and water will not penetrate the stone.)

To CHILL: Place LAVA ICE™ Ultra-Stone in the freezer or refridgerator and chill to desired temperature.

To HEAT: WARNING! Always check temperature of the stone prior to applying it to your body. DO NOT OVERHEAT.DO NOT HEAT LAVA ICE™ STONES IN THE MICROWAVE. MICROWAVE OVENS VARY IN POWER AND THE STONE MAY BE DAMAGED.
