Office Master Office Chair Warranty Information

The manufacture of Office Master office furniture is conducted under the highest industry standard with careful attention to detail and individual inspection of each and every unit. All chair frames, including gas cylinders, metal, wood and plastic parts, except fabric, vinyl, casters and control handles are guaranteed against structural failure for a full twelve years of normal commercial use. Applicable to the aforementioned parts and terms, the BC, ET, GL, IU, MA MX and WS Series chairs are covered by a warranty of seven years while the KR-41, HR-51, RP-51 and BJR-41 are covered by a one-year warranty. Standard commercial use is defined as the proper usage by individual(s) weighing 250 lbs. or less and who work 40 hours or less in a week, this warranty does not cover Dealer labor, filed service or delivery charges.

Should any item fail, please return the product to the Dealer from which it was purchased. The Dealer will send the defective part to Office Master, freight prepaid. Office Master will repair or replace the defective part and return it to the Dealer, freight prepaid. Please request a written authorization for returning defective parts to Office Master. Defective parts will not be received unless a written authorization has been issued and accompanies the articles being returned.
