How Does the Cool Bed III for Dogs Work?

A fluffy dog bed is designed to retain heat to keep a dog warm. The Cool Bed II is designed to radiate heat back into the air or floor surface to keep your dog cool. The water-saturated Cool Core inside the Cool Bed III absorbs your dog's natural body temperature of 102° Fahrenheit and converts it to room temperature, which is usually well below your dog's body temperature. The difference created between the room temperature and your dog's body temperature is how this cooling dog bed provides a cooler, refreshing surface for your dog. Even if it is 80° in your house, the Cool Bed II is 22° cooler than a dog's 102° body temperature. How to use your new Cool Bed II

Place your Cool Bed II in a shady area for best results. When using the bed cooler for your dog outdoors, always place the cooling pet bed in a shady, cool spot, as this will maximize its heat wicking abilities. Sharp objects can puncture the Cool Bed II so be sure clear the area where you are placing your dog's bed.
