Although a larger unit, this full spectrum light box is moved easily. The leg pieces detach and reattach to the back of the unit for great portability. SunRay's simulated sunlight therapy is a widely used treatment tool for those suffering with the effects of sleep deprivation, depression and winter blues. Typical artificial sunlight therapy is at 10,000 Lux. LUX refers to the measurement at a specific distance away from a light source; for light therapy units the distance is specifically at the user's eye. Do not look directly at the light.
