Broil King Professional griddles come with Healthy Lift rear leg extenders that can be flipped down to raise the back of the griddle allowing fat to drain away from the food into the drip tray. Keep the leg extenders flipped up for a level surface when preparing runny foods like pancake batter. |

BroilKing electric griddles have extra large non stick cooking surfaces allowing ample space to prepare sizzling specialties for family breakfast time or dinner party guests. It is a cast aluminum nonstick surface, so this makes it a heavy 8 pounds. Metal spatulas could still scratch up the surface, but there is no Teflon coating.
