Summary:
Learn how to play darts with an electronic dartboard game. The Gladiator electronic dartboard is loaded with games and options. The rules for each game are detailed within the owners manual in the order they appear on the LED display when paging through the games. The Owners manual also includes illustrations of the LED displays next to the game description as a reference. Playing darts is a great way to pass the time with good friends and good laughs while watching the ball game nearby. Hang the board so that the center of the double bull is 5ft 8in (1.73m) from the floor. This is the proper height for dartboards. This dart board should be used with SOFT TIP DARTS ONLY. It is recommended that darts do not exceed a weight of 22 grams on this dartboard. The darts included with this dartboard are 10 grams and use special SofTech style soft tips.

This dartboard utilizes the Halex exclusive state-of-the-art SofTech target playing surface. The SofTech surface plays and feels just like the natural bristle sisal of a traditional dartboard with the added benefit of electronic scoring. Our SofTech target provides a smooth quiet dart playing experience - the way the sport was meant to be played! With this Silent Shot (TM) Feature, there are no more unpleasant crashing sounds from darts making impact on plastic targets. SofTech boards perform like no other electronic dartboard. There are no small holes in the SofTech target surface, darts have the maximum amount of surface area to strike upon. This minimizes the chances of deflected darts and bounce outs. BOUNCE OUT button: Decide before play if you want to count darts that do not remain in board (bounce-outs) or not. If not, simply press the BOUNCE OUT button immediately after a bounce out occurs to deduct the score that registers.
Never use metal tipped darts on this dartboard. Metal tipped darts will seriously damage the circuitry and electronic operation of this dartboard.
Do not use excessive force when throwing darts. Throwing darts too hard will cause frequent tip breakage and cause excess wear on the board.
Turn darts clockwise as you pull them from the board. This makes it easier to remove darts and extends the life of the tips.
If you need to replace your AC adapter, use only a genuine Halex AC adapter
