Cut and slice your favorite meats, cheeses, and vegetables to the precise desired weight for calculation of desired portion size, calories, carbs, etc. The scale will measure up to 3 KG or 6 lbs. in increments as small as 1 gram. You can cut on the board while it’s on the scale, or remove the board for cutting or cleaning.
