CadCo Clamstyle Panini Grill CPG-10F has one 10 x 10 inch high-tech ceramic glass cooking surface with smooth top plate and smooth bottom plate.
Sandwiches are found in just about every culture and cuisine. Cuban sandwiches are made with French or Cuban bread and several kinds of meats and cheeses. The Pan Bagnat is an open faced French sandwich that uses chewy focaccia. Philadelphia has cheesesteaks, New Orleans claims Muffulettas and Po'Boys, the American Grilled Cheese.... and of course, the classic Italian Panini.
Since Panini sandwiches are meant to be thin, use only highest quality ingredients and breads. Cracked wheat bread, flavored corn or flour tortillas, croissants, pita bread, ciabatta and other artisan breads, and even cracker bread and boboli pizza crusts can be used to make imaginative panini sandwiches. When adding fruits or vegetables, grill or warm them ahead of time so they're hot when your panini sandwich is.
