Instead of a table or bed that you would lie on, it uses a chair. The inversion chair's curved backrest extends your back gently and slightly so you can invert to a lesser angle than with a flat inversion table.
You still get all the benefits including relief from many forms of back pain, improved circulation, and improved lymphatic circulation. It's also great for less muscle soreness after workouts. Inversion therapy is a proven, natural, non-invasive method of treating back pain caused by stress and poor posture, and is endorsed and recommended by doctors. Using an Inversion Chair helps to strengthen your back, elongate your spine to relieve pressure on discs, ligaments, and nerve roots.
Begin slowly: Invert with the least amount of inversion angle. Stay inverted only as long as you are comfortable. Return upright slowly.
Make gradual changes: Increase the angle only if it is comfortable. Increase the angle only one adjustment hole at a time. Increase the time of use 1-2 minutes up to ten over a period of weeks. Add stretching and sit-up exercises only after you are comfortable with inversion.
Watch your body: Come up slowly, dizziness after a session means you came up to fast. Wait awhile after eating before using the Core Training Inversion System. If you get nauseous, do not fight it, come up as soon as you feel queasy.
Invert regularly: We recommend one or two times a day depending upon your current condition. Try to schedule it at the same times each day.
