The included GYROTONIC (R) PowerCoil workout video takes you through 23 minutes of training that strengthens your legs, back, chest, shoulders, arms, and abs. At the beginning of each exercise, you are prompted with the number of repetitions as well as the number of sets for four fitness levels: beginner, intermediate, advanced and elite, so this workout will accommodate and guide you to reaching your long-term strength-building goals. Attach the PowerBar and you can add strength to your arms, back, chest and abs.
