The Cookshack BBQ Smokette is the state-of-the-art home BBQ smoker oven. It combines principles of old-fashioned BBQ pit smoking with modern technology…food cooks at a low temperature as it is slowly smoked over real logs.
A thermostatically-controlled 500 watt heating element causes wood to smolder for delicious barceque smoke flavor. Because there is little inside air movement to dry out the meat, the resulting barbecue smoked food is exceptionally tender and moist; and, with moist cooking conditions, no water pan is needed.
The Smokette smoker features a variable temperature setting from 100° F to 250° F. Capacity is 22 lbs.
