The Stamina® Pilates Home Studio System has both the equipment and instruction you need to attain your physical health goals. The Pilates Home Studio includes; The Magic Circle™ resistance tool, a small barrel for back support and spine correction, a full-sized sticky Pilates mat and two (2) comprehensive instructional videos. The Pilates Method of Body Conditioning was originally developed in the 1920's to help dancers and professional athletes restore and build muscle tone and strength without building bulk. This method focuses on building a healthy, injury free body by encouraging controlled and concentrated movement. It centers the body with breathing awareness while maintaining a dynamic flow. If you want better control of your body, both mentally and physically, this method is for you.

The Stamina® Products Magic Circle™ is a soft rubber ring and the Pilates Mat is made of durable closed cell PVC vinyl. The small barrel back support is constructed with a heavy-duty steel frame and oak finish. The barrel also has a double thick foam padding.
