The Stamina Silent Magnetic Recumbent Bike takes up less space than other recumbent exercise bikes with a footprint a hair over 5 feet, only 28 inches wide and a height of 33 inches. A comfortable padded seat adjusts to fit any size rider.
The user friendly computer monitor also displays the Silent Magnetic Resistance Recumbent Bike's 6 pre-programmed workouts: Fat Burn, Hill, Maximum Fat Burn, Interval, Aerobic, and Mountain. Or set your fitness workout to manual and choose your own workout intensity. The target zone feature tells you whether you need to speed up or slow down to maximize the effectiveness of your workout. The tension knob can be adjusted to any of eight levels anytime without interrupting your workout to increase or decrease the intensity. The Silent Magnetic Resistance Recumbent Bike features an adjustable heavy-weighted flywheel resistance and belt drive train, so your bike pedals smoothly at any resistance level. The oversize foot pedals hold your feet securely. Impact-free exercise with stationery spinning cycling can be a lifelong form of exercise.
