One of the new line of Soleus Air Energy Star Rated dehumidifiers, the DP1-70 has an extra large 70 pint, 8.75 gallon capacity. The DP1 70 dehumidifier utilizes the latest in refrigeration technology and powerfully removes moisture from the air to decrease humidity, making indoor air dry and comfortable.
Soleus Air DP1 series dehumidifiers are equipped with magnetic floats that will not fill or stick due to mineral deposits. Magnetic floats also provide more accurate water level readings and prevent overflow. Low temperature operation assures the dehumidifier can be programmed to continuous operation mode in temperatures as low as 36 degrees without freezing or shutting off.
Light weight design and heavy duty casters allow this Soleus Air ultra-portable dehumidifier to be moved almost anywhere. Keeping with the Soleus tradition of producing energy efficient products, the new PD1 line of dehumidifiers is Energy Star rated and adheres to all Energy Star standards.
Low temperature operation has been added to this feature-packed dehumidifier that allow constant, year-round operation in a cold environment such as a basement. |

Detailed Product Description:
Because different rooms in your home require different humidity levels, the 70-Pint Dehumidifier from Soleus Air offers an adjustable humidistat with 3 humidity settings. Once the desired humidity level is reached, the humidistat allows the unit to cycle.
Environmentally friendly, the DP1 series humidifiers use no CFC refrigerant and uses 115V, 850W. Large capacity front water bucket is easy to remove and empty. Four bottom casters allow easy rolling from room to room and handy built in carry handle on top help transport the unit up and down stairs.
