Zafu meditation pillows are designed to give you better spine alignment and support for a more comfortable and deeper meditation. Some meditation practices can be lengthy, lasting for multiple hours. However, sitting meditation should not be painful. The Zafu cushion is a bolster that provides firm support and proper rise for your seated posture. Available with buckwheat hull fill or kapok fill. Zafus are made with a zipper opening to add or remove fill for personal comfort and product longevity. Zafus work better on top of the traditional Zabuton mat. Available in round or cresent
The all natural Zabuton mat is handmade from premium fabric and is stuffed with pure cotton batting to provide a cushioned surface for your ankles and legs, enabling stress free meditation. The Zabuton meditiation mats come with a removable, washable high thread count brushed cotton twill shell in natural, purple, navy, black, and denim colors, also available in hemp fabric.

How to care for your Zafu Meditation Pillow
The Zafu has a cotton-pleated shell that has a zipper opening, enabling you to easily add or remove buckwheat hulls. In order to clean the shell, you should first empty the buckwheat from the shell and place the buckwheat in a separate bag or other clean container. After washing the shell, make a funnel with cardboard or a plastic or paper cup and put the buckwheat back in the clean shell.
You can also spot clean the shell, but if the buckwheat gets thoroughly saturated with water while spot cleaning, it is recommended that you dry the pillow in the sun.
