Zafu meditation pillows are designed to give you better spine alignment and support for a more comfortable and deeper meditation. By sitting on the Zafu meditation pillow you are supported during lengthy sessions and are able to maintain your seated posture properly. The all natural Zafu meditation pillows are handmade with a high thread count brushed cotton twill cover and are stuffed with buckwheat hulls or kapok. To accommodate your personal preference we offer the Zafu round pillow, which is slightly higher and firmer and the Zafu crescent pillow, which is a more subtle bolster. These meditation cushions come in an assortment of colors and fabrics.

How to care for your Zafu Meditation Pillow
The Zafu has a cotton-pleated shell that has a zipper opening, enabling you to easily add or remove buckwheat hulls. In order to clean the shell, you should first empty the buckwheat from the shell and place the buckwheat in a separate bag or other clean container. After washing the shell, make a funnel with cardboard or a plastic or paper cup and put the buckwheat back in the clean shell.
You can also spot clean the shell, but if the buckwheat gets thoroughly saturated with water while spot cleaning, it is recommended that you dry the pillow in the sun.
