The Sturdy Free-Standing Bayou Fryer 700-709 has three stainless steel baskets with cool touch handles. For fun, Bayou Classic throws in a Temperature Gauge. A drain valve makes it easy to clean. The fryer also comes with a 10 PSI Preset Regulator stainless steel braided hose. The V-Bottom design of the fryer basin keeps base oil temperature cooler than top frying temperature so loose batter does not burn, drops to the bottom, and oil stays clean longer. The burner blasts super hot air horizontally through the internal tubing into the center of the oil. The fryer design is perfect for making great tasting fried food.
