Detailed Product Description:
Get the ultimate relief with the HoMedics Dual Charge VM-100 body massager. Add soothing heat and melt away aches and pains. The full body massage mat features a customized zone control which allows you to focus your massage in the most needed areas. Target the upper body, the lower body or legs, for a custom massage from an electric massager or turn on all three zones for a full body massage. The HoMedics massage mat gives a full body invigorating massage with warm heat.
The body massager comes with an ergonomic hand control with variable 2-speed intensity. The massager uses an AC home adapter which is included and comes with a two year warranty.

To Fold
This massage mat incorporates a unique strapping system that allows you to
fold the unit for storage and transportation. This massage mat incorporates a
folding method similar to an accordion (see Diagram A-D). Fold the top portion
inward so the heat seal pattern is always facing up. Repeat this method. You can also roll up the mat for storage. Then pull the elastic strap, sewn into the mat, around the unit.
With this mat, you plug the adapter into a 120 volt AC outlet and plug the receptacle end into the input jack,located along the side of the mat. For optimum comfort, we recommend that you use your mat massager on soft surfaces only.
Homedics has recently introduced the VM-150, a newer model of the massage mat, but basically the same item.
