This lighted water buoy is available individually, or in sets of two, four, or six buoys. A replacement parts kit is also available. The Aqua Lantern Solar Lighted Buoy is not a Coast Guard approved navigational beacon and is not intended for navigational beacons on commercial waterways. If the Aqua Lantern is used in a region where the outside temperature reaches a sustained 35 degrees or lower in the winter months, it is recommended that the Aqua Lantern be removed from the water and stored in a warm, dry place until spring.

The Aqua Lantern Solar Lighted Buoy by RR Forrest Co.,Inc. promotes safe boating day and night and reduces the chance of damage to personal property. Protect floating swim platforms, floating trampolines, piers, docks, personal water craft and swim areas. The Aqua Lantern Buoy is a highly visible, 20" marker buoy by day that illuminates at night. The water buoy uses a watertight solar generator during daylight hours to charge four, 1.2V rechargeable batteries that power five super bright LED's (Light Emitting Diodes). The batteries in this lighted buoy can be recharged 500 times before they need to be replaced and the five LED's have a possible lifespan of 100,000 hours. The unique bell shape design keeps the marine buoy vertical in the water. The navigation buoy is made of durable polycarbonate plastic with UV inhibitors to help prevent fading and cracking. The photocell in the solar panel automatically turns the lights on when the sun sets and turns the lights off when the sun rises.
