The perforated raised poultry rack allows the cooking oil to circulate evenly when frying, preventing the bottom from scorching. The 32 quart turkey fryer also comes with a 12 inch thermometer that reaches up to 750 degrees farhenheit, grab hook and trial size seasoning injector. This pot is packaged with the SP10 cooker. The SP10 fryer stand is made of steel and is assembled with non-stress bearings. All the weight from the fryer pot is placed on the legs and not the joints eliminating the risk of the bolts breaking while the fryer is in use. Always defrost the Turkey before frying.
