It’s small size and safety rail makes it a good choice for kids who love to bounce on their beds (saving your new mattress!). Measuring slightly over 3 feet across in diameter and eight inches from the ground, this exercise mini trampoline from the company that brought you Pilates, allows you to achieve a progressive "Rebounding" workout program.
With a “Rebounding” program, you can avoid “impact” as much as 87 percent. The four-foot-tall adjustable support rail with soft rubber grip adds safety for those who feel uncomfortable balancing on trampolines. Once you have mastered your balance, add dumbbells or weights to advance to a more inclusive cardiovascular and skeletal workout.
