Built on a heavy-duty steel frame, the lower-back supporting seat is designed like a small office chair rather than a bicycle seat. It is padded, slightly contoured, with gentle cutouts for the legs, and foam grips for the adjustable handlebar support rail. The tread-covered slip-resistant oversize foot pedals have adjustable foot straps to securely hold the feet in place and improving the pulling motion while pedaling (exercise bikes without this feature have the pushing motion only and not the more advantageous pushing/pulling motion). The seat is adjustable to move forward or back to accommodate to your height. A simple grip-edged dial knob can increase or decrease pedaling resistance through magnetic resistance. With efficient SPACEMATE® telescoping frame design, which includes wheels, you can easily store the bike.
