The Stamina® 1205 Precision Rowing Machine is built around an extruded aluminum beam and is constructed with a deluxe ball bearing roller system for smooth sliding seat action. The tension-adjustable Oars are independent twin hydraulic-resistance cylinders, (rather than resistance with air or water). This system is known as the Piston Resistance Rowing System and it powers your body to strengthen its weaker side.
As you sit on the thick padded cushion, your feet are comfortably placed on pivoting footplates. This helps the ankles to move naturally so there's no binding, thus allowing for a broader range of motion throughout the stroke. Included is a single button multi-function monitor with readouts for speed, length of time, distance covered and estimated calories burned.
