The Jobri office chair seat and seat back have the tempur pedic material. The seat will form to your body in a short time, but the chair memory foam gives when you sit in it. So I would answer your question as: Yes, it is a comfortable chair that is softer than most chair material. The arms do not have memory foam, but are padded and shaped for your forearms.
