BroilKing introduces the Professional, Commercial Convection Oven that due to a forced flow of hot air, cooks approximately 25-30% faster than conventional ovens and an even baking temperature throughout the convection oven eliminates the need for food rotation. This all stainless steel, insulated double wall convection oven with a removable, cool-touch safety door, has (3) shelves that handle (3) ¼ size commercial sheet pans or ½ size commercial steam table pans. Perfect for your business, Dorm room, apartment or just as an extra oven for your home, the BroilKing Professional-rated Quarter Size Convection Oven incorporates heat settings from 175-500° F and gives you the option to use either 120 minute heat timer or the continuous on switch. With a (3) prong commercial cord set this handy little appliance runs on 120 volts and uses 1500 watts of electricity, measures 4.73 cubic ft and weighs only 52.8 pounds and it is easy to clean too. One (1) Quarter size aluminum alloy sheet pan (9 1/2" x 13" x 1") is provided with your BroilKing Professional-rated Quarter Size Convection Oven.
What could make this spiffy little convection oven better? How about a “No Turn” Roastisserie™ accessory. The “No Turn” Roastisserie™ consists of a spit rod and two heavy duty skewer assemblies to help position food in the center of the oven cavity. Your Professional-rated Quarter Size Convection Oven's fan system is designed to produce even heat throughout the cooking cavity; the Roastisserie™ is only to center the meat (it does not rotate).
