Whether going up or down stairs, getting into the car, or finding your way in dimly lit areas, the Pathlighter Lighted Walking Canes provide an extra degree of mobility, security and comfort. The light switch is on the end of the handle, so it's easy to turn on with a simple push of a button.
The powerful Xenon lamp provides exceptional brightness and will last up to 40 hours if the cane is switched off when not in use.The Pathlighter Lighted Walking Canes are the perfect gift for anyone with impaired night vision that could benefit from a lighted mobility aid. They'll have extra support and feel secure while walking in the dark.
Instructions:
Before using the Pathlighter Walking Cane, be sure the length is right for you. A 30 degree angle from forearm to grip is recommended. To adjust the length, simply remove the tip and cut off extra length from the bottom of the polycarbonate tube with a hacksaw.
To light up the Pathlighter, unscrew the bottom polycarbonate from the main body upper by turning counterclockwise until it is unthreaded. Unscrew the lampholder cap and insert three (3) AA batteries (NOT INLCLUDED -Order at Checkout) with the positive (+) end pointing down the shaft. Screw the lampholder and polycarbonate tube until fully threaded. Push the switch and see the Pathlighter light up.
