BOTANICAL FRESH™ INSTRUCTIONS

Treat yourself to a luxurious spa experience. Hot or cold, our aromatic herbs will soothe your soul while gently easing away aches and pains.

Heat Therapy: Heat in the microwave on high for one to two minutes. Increase by 30 seconds at a time if necessary. Always check the temperature of your herbal pack with your hands before using. Overheating may cause burns. For moist heat therapy, sprinkle with water before heating.

Cold Therapy: Mist your herbal pack with water, place the pack in its stay-fresh package and put in the freezer for at least one hour.

NOTE: Botanical Fresh™ Herbal Eye Pillow is recommended to be used cold or at room temperature only.

To Clean: Wipe with damp cloth and lay flat to dry.

Storage: When not in use, always store your herbal pack in its stay-fresh package to increase its longevity. Keep in a dry, cool place.
