Detailed Product Description:
The Wince Bar Portable Freeweights was created by Kevin Wince, pictured above with the Wince Bar Freeweights, who was interested in building a Space-saving Free-Weight set. Everything you need to take along for a good body-toning workout is right there in the sturdy plastic carry case. What better way to partake in cardio weight training while on the go?
The conventional configuration of traditional weight-lifting sets distribute stress somewhat unevenly to muscles. The Wince Bar addresses this issue by providing the weight throughout the length of the apparatus, thus providing even and direct stress against the muscles.
Maintaining a body-sculpting program can be thrown off course in as little as 3 to 5 days. The portablility and ease-of-use of the Wince Bar Freeweights leaves you little chance of a softening excuse! You will be able to partake in free-weight cardio training almost anywhere. Even better, the beauty of cardio weight training is that you don't have to invest in expensive gym-quality equipment such as eliptical trainers, exercise bikes, or stair climbers. You simply combine standard aerobic movements in combination with a cardio step or swiss ball, if so desired, and your Wince Bar Freeweights.
When used as a complement to proper dieting, the Wince Bar Freeweights can be a great tool for increasing weight loss, stamina, and overall health. The key to any weight loss program is consistency and now you will have that advantage when and where you like. Wince Bar Freeweights, the free-weight gym-in-a-case.
