FitBalls® are made of a burst resistant material that will slowly deflate if punctured. All sizes of gym balls have been tested for weights of up to 600lbs. The exercise balls are designed to fit in at your home, office, or gym.

Suggested Sizing Guidelines:
When sitting on the exercise gym ball, your knees and hips should be at 90 degree angle or slightly higher. Here are some general guidelines:
- 4'8" to 5'3"..... 55 cm
- 5'3" to 6'0"..... 65 cm
- 6'0" to 6'7"..... 75 cm
