A favorite among charcoal lovers, Brinkmann's Cimarron features an offset firebox - a design favored by many smoke-cooking enthusiasts because of its indirect cooking method.

Like to get a little more involved in outdoor cooking than just the "10 minute Barbecue?" The Brinkmann lets you prepare those special recipes that require a slow, indirect heat method and smoking. A wood or charcoal fire is built inside the firebox for indirect cooking. The indirect cooking method works by drawing air into the firebox then through the cooking chamber, where the hot air and smoke slow-cook the food. An adjustable air vent in the firebox and the smokestack damper combine to regulate the heat and smoke. This smoker also functions as a large-capacity grill by building a fire in the cooking chamber.
