Hidden inside the SunSetter® Motorized Retractable Patio Awnings roller is a reliable Somfy® motor which extends and retracts the awning at the touch of a button. The SunSetter® Motorized Retractable "PRO" Patio Awnings include 2 special features: A remote control to open or close your awning from almost anywhere, and a built-in weatherbreaker that can be rolled out of the front bar for additional protection from the sun and wind. The weatherbreaker rolls down up to 5 feet.

The SunSetter® Awnings - Motorized Retractable Patio Shade is made from a durable material that is a 100% waterproof and consists of a 5-layer fabric that blocks out both sun and rain. Double layers of pigmentation ensure the awning fabric will hold color and resist fading. A protective coating of acrylic on each side stands up to UV rays and wear and tear. It's also very easy to clean. The Patio Shade material is also flame and mildew resistant.
