The Cookshack Smokette is the state-of-the-art home smoker oven. It combines principles of old-fashioned pit smoking with modern technology…food cooks at a low temperature as it is slowly smoked over real logs.
A thermostatically-controlled 500 watt heating element causes wood to smolder for delicious smoke flavor. Because there is little inside air movement to dry out the meat, the resulting smoked product is exceptionally tender and moist; and, with moist cooking conditions, not water pan is needed.
The Smokette features a variable temperature setting from 100° F to 250° F. Capacity is 22 lbs.
