I'm quite satisfied with the whole experience I had purchasing my Sacro-Ease seat cover. I couldn't find any store in my area that carried them. There was one store that carried the seats themselves, but not the cover. I didn't really need a new seat. I just wanted a cover. So I was pleased to find it available on your site. While it took a little longer than I though it would to get it shipped, once it was shipped, the UPS ground service was quite good. I initially had trouble tracking the shipment, but my complaint about the incorrect tracking info was handled promptly and the UPS tracking info was quite detailed. All in all, I'd buy again from your site.
