The Bayou Classic Extreme 34 quart turkey fryer & basket comes complete with a perforated steam, boil basket, 10 quart fry pot and vented lid. The stock pot is made of commercial grade aluminum. The raised basket design enables the stockpot to be used for boiling or steaming seafood and vegetables. Without the basket, this unit can be used for canning and is perfect for soups, stews, pasta, tamales, and low country boil. The turkey fryer comes complete with a 12 inch thermometer that reaches up to 750 degrees fahrenheit, 3 piece skewer set and a grab hook for removing your turkey. The Bayou Classic Adventure fry kit also comes complete with a Outdoor gas cooker that is fully equipped with a 30 inch hose, regulator and valve assembly.
