Detailed Product Description:
The Bayou Classic Adventure turkey fryer with basket comes complete with a perforated steam, boil basket and vented lid. The stock pot is made of commercial grade aluminum. The raised basket design enables the stockpot to be used for boiling or steaming seafood and vegetables. Without the basket, this unit can be used for canning and is perfect for soups, stews, pasta, tamales, and low country boil. The Turkey and chicken fryer comes complete with a 12 inch thermometer that reaches up to 750 degrees fahrenheight, 3 piece skewer set and a grab hook for removing your turkey.
The Bayou Classic Adventure fry kit also comes complete with a Outdoor gas cooker that is fully equipped with a 30 inch hose, regulator and valve assembly. The fryer stand is made of steel and is assembled with non-stress bearings. All the weight from the fryer pot is placed on the legs and not the joints eliminating the risk of the bolts breaking while the fryer is in use. Always defrost the Turkey before frying.
