The Bayou Classic 32 quart stainless steel turkey fryer kit with stainless steel burner is designed to fry turkeys up to 25 pounds. The raised basket design enables the stockpot to be used for boiling or steaming seafood and vegetables. Without the basket, this unit can be used for canning and is perfect for soups, stews, pasta, tamales, and low country boil. This versatile outdoor patio stove features a welded stainless steel construction with a 16" x 16" cooking surface area and is designed to hold any size stockpot up to 120-qt.
The Bayou Classic deep fried turkey fryer kit also comes complete with a stainless steel outdoor gas cooker that is fully equipped with a 32 inch hose, regulator and valve assembly. The fryer stand is made of stainless steel and is welded together. The welded joints eliminate the risk of the standard bolted legs collapsing while the fryer is in use. Always defrost the turkey before frying.
