The Bayou Classic 30 quart turkey fryer with basket & fry pot provides you with the essentials for frying your turkey in as little as 45 minutes. Made of commercial aluminum, the Bayou Classic 30 quart turkey fryer is made specifically for frying whole turkeys. The perforated raised poultry rack allows the cooking oil to circulate evenly when frying, preventing the bottom from scorching. The 30 quart turkey fryer also comes with a 12 inch thermometer that reaches up to 750 degrees farhenheight, grab hook as well as an additional 10 quart fry pot and basket.
The turkey fryer with basket & fry pot also comes complete with a Outdoor gas cooker that is fully equipped with a 32 inch hose, regulator and valve assembly. The fryer stand is made of steel and is assembled with non-stress bearings. All the weight from the fryer pot is placed on the legs and not the joints eliminating the risk of the bolts breaking while the fryer is in use. Always defrost the Turkey before frying.
