One side is filled with cool, stable buckwheat hull, while the other is filled with silky soft millet hull. The Bucky® Buckwheat and Millet Hull Duo Bed Pillow™ allows you to choose your the type of filling on a nightly basis. Also, you can unzip the liner and remove filler to further adjust your comfort level. Each Bucky® Buckwheat and Millet Hull Duo Bed Pillow™ comes with its own white quilted knit pillowcase.
About buckwheat hulls: Buckwheat hulls have been used as a pillow filling for centuries.
