Burned out pumps (run without water) or improperly maintained pumps are void of warranty terms. Please return any defective merchandise to Zen Productions. Notice of intent to return damaged or defective items must be made within 5 days after receipt. Defective Merchandise must be returned to Zen Productions within 30 days after receipt.
