The digital LCD display panel is a extremely helpful feature of the Gaggia Titanium Espresso Coffee Machine. You can program the machine to do a multitude of tasks. The display panel will indicate when the machine needs to be cleaned, the coffee grounds emptied or the water tank refilled. Program the amount of coffee per cup, grinding options, water temperature and program an automatic rinsing and cleaning cycle. Three programmable cup size options deliver three different drink sizes at the touch of a button.
Make the best tasting coffee with the Gaggia Titanium advanced automatic brew system. The super automatic coffee center will take about 2 seconds to moisten and condition the ground coffee, then a 2 second pause allows the aromatic oils to leach from the interior of the coffee. The second step activates the 15 BAR pressure pump to ensure absolute maximum flavor extraction for a great cup of coffee! Once the brewing cycle has been completed, it resets itself for the next cup of coffee.
A separate funnel for pre-ground coffee is a special feature that allows the user to by-pass the coffee grinder and use pre-ground coffee. A professional quality conical burr grinder is built-in the Gaggia Titanium Espresso Coffee Machine. Conical burr grinders are heavy duty and usually found on more expensive coffee grinders. It consists of a cone shaped grinding wheel that turns slowly to precisely grind the beans consistently without burning them. The grinding wheel is made of tempered heavy-duty steel to provide a long service life.
The built-in coffee bean hopper holds over a 1/2 pound of coffee beans and the internal dump box catches up to 40 spent coffee portions. It removes for easy disposal and cleaning.
