30 minute Upper Body Pilates workout focuses on the muscles of the chest, arms, back and abdominals. Pilates expert Marjolein Brugman will lead you through a choreographed workou, explain, and demonstrates the proper form for an effective upper body Pilates reformer workout. Working out at least 3 times a week will help realign and lengthen your spine as you tone and strengthen your entire upper body.
The Pilates Method of Body Conditioning is a progressive system in which you learn the basics and progress to intermediate and finally advanced as your core becomes stronger and your body more flexible.
