The Danby Dishwashers unique 3 tier filtration system ensures clean dishes and trouble free operation. The main filter traps food particles and are pulverized by a special jet on the lower spray arm and then washed away. The coarse filter traps larger items that could other wise clog the drain and will need to be periodically emptied. Fine filter catches fine particles during the washing process and prevents them from being re-deposited on the dishes.
