The Waist and Leg Massager consists of a waist belt and two leg belts that fasten using Velcro. Both an AC adapter and cigarette lighter adapter are included for the portable back massager making travel more comfortable. Great for relief of stress and muscle fatigue. The leg massager bands measure 29" and the waist/back massager measures 48". Now you can get a convenient massage at home, the office or traveling in your car. This self massager can relieve backaches, ease muscle stiffness and spasms, improve circulation and increase your vitality.
The body massager is designed to wrap around your waist and both legs. The leg massagers conveniently plug into the waist massager. Once the power is turned on you can choose the vibrating function and intensity you like best for your comfort level. Easy fingertip control allows up to eight massage functions including vibrating, pounding, rolling, and squeezing. The Milus Waist and Leg Massager can reduce your heart rate and blood pressure and improve blood circulation and muscle relaxation. It can relieve muscle soreness, stiffness and pain and alleviate pain due to stress and tension. If you have lower body tension this is the massager for you.
The massager is set to turn off after 15 minutes of continuous use to protect the motor from overheating. Note: Turning the device off or unplugging the unit will over-ride the rest period, but to keep the massager in good working order it is not recommended. The belt massager can be used alone but the leg massagers need the belt to run.

A: Both an 110V AC adapter and cigarette lighter adapter are included for the portable back massager. It is not battery operated.
