Metalpro is a manufacture of high end iron fabrication machines and pipe and tube benders, based in Muskego, Wisconsin. Since their beginnings in 1993 they have also produced the Madison line of steel outdoor fireplaces. Only in America would a company have the vision to add a simple quality item, for the home, to their line of industrial products. A company that makes machines that can exert 40 tons of force, surely has the skill to produce a durable fireplace that is built to last.
This is the original Madison Outdoor Fireplace. It is constructed of quality materials and components. The fire bowl and support tubes are constructed of heavy 18 and 20 gauge raw steel. No need for a coat of paint, as they knew over time the surfaces would oxidize (rust) to a warm reddish-brown color. To this basic design they've added real fireplace steel mesh curtains which are painted hi-temp black. Old fashion Yankee ingenuity and the skill of real craftsmen has produced a popular fireplace that has been sold around the country. A Madison fireplace on your deck or patio is something you'll be proud to show off and will be something you and your friends will enjoy for years to come.
