The included firewood cover keeps the top row of wood completely dry and ready to burn, plus allows for air to flow through the firewood to reduce mold and mildew, and promote curing. The cover fits around the 4 uprights of the firewood storage rack and moves down as the firewood stack gets smaller. Constructed with top quality coated canvas, the firewood cover has velcro front sides for quick access to firewood.
The Optional Full Cover (see image below) is an additional full cover designed to be used in areas with extreme weather conditions only during the burning season after the firewood has cured. The full firewood cover is made out of the same material as the standard cover, with the front flap held down with Velcro strips on each side. |

This 5 foot firewood rack is for those who desire more firewood storage. The 5 foot length can also add a custom look for locations that this size fits "just right".
This firewood storage rack is 12 inches longer than "standard" 1/4 cord firewood racks, and holds 25% to 35% more than others. It also assembles with only eight bolts (included). Like all Woodhaven Firewood Racks, it has a black, powder coat finish, Arc welded end sections, our 10-year structural warranty, and includes the cover!
Every Woodhaven Firewood Rack is manufactured in Kansas, Alexander Manufacturing does not cut corners on any part of manufacturing. No light gauge tubing, no reject steel, no enlarged bolt holes that would give any rack a loose, wobbly fit. Even the powder coat finish is thick and textured to hide small scratches! The holes are drilled to tolerances of less than the thickness of a hair. This creates structural stability while maintaining ease in assembly.
