Duvet, from the French word meaning down. A duvet is a type of bedding — a soft flat bag traditionally filled with down or feathers, or a combination of both and used on a bed as a blanket. Nowadays, a duvet is sometimes filled with silk, wool, or artificial fibers (such as polyester batting or other artificial material). It is also sometimes referred to as a comforter, although comforters are primarily decorative while duvets are used for their warmth.
Safeguard your Silk Origins silk comforter in style and luxury. The Duvet Cover will protect your silk comforter from wear and tear. The Silk Origins Duvet Cover also prevents your silk comforter from constant need for dry cleaning. The silk comforter has loops sewn at the edges that latch onto the inside of the duvet cover. The duvet has buttons all along the inside edges to hold the comforter in place. It also has buttons at the bottom opening (4) to insert the comforter.
The duvet set comes with the duvet cover and two pillow shams. Choose from three beautiful and stunning colors. Each duvet has one color on one side and a beautiful contrasting color on the other side so you can change the style of your bedroom when ever you want. The dazzling Lucky Envelope Red has Cherry Blossom Pink on the reverse side. The eye-catching Bamboo Gold with contrasting Tea Green will brighten up any room.
