This is achieved with the use of five Reformer springs (four are 100 percent tension and one is 50 percent tension) that secure quickly and safely into a gearbar. The gearbar slots into three different positions to adjust tension easily.
In addition to the At Home SPX Reformer, this package also includes a Padded Platform Extender, a Reformer Box with Foot Strap, a set of Double Loop Straps, the At Home Reformer Workout DVD with bonus safety segment and Easy Start exercise poster, and a Warranty and Safety manual.
The Padded Platform Extender accommodates upright exercises and extends the wooden standing platform, ensuring stability and comfort in upright exercises. Densely padded for comfort, the Reformer Box helps to vary Reformer exercises and also includes a foot strap. This allows for quick maneuvering from leg to arm exercises and length variation without changing straps with Double Loop Straps. These set of two double loop straps are double-stitched for durability, feature high-quality nickel-plated rings and clips, and are ideal for hygienic purposes as loops for hands and feet are kept separate.
The At Home Reformer DVD is perfect for beginners who want maximum results in minimum time. In 44 minutes, Master Trainer Moira Merrithew covers 47 different exercises that are designed to work all muscle groups and help achieve a longer, leaner-looking Pilates body with the At Home Reformer Workout DVD. This DVD also features a Reformer Safety segment and extras like a next level bonus workout, workout with music only, and more.
Some assembly is required for this home fitness equipment. Assembly instructions, one open-end wrench and one 1/4 inch hex key are included with the Reformer.
STOTT PILATES offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty for specific parts of the SPX At Home Reformer due to defect in workmanship or materials. A Two Year Limited Warranty covers most all other parts and a 90-Day Warranty covers the fabric.
